Responsibilities:
JD For Desktop Support (Exp 5-8yrs)
- Installation Operating Systems: Windows 7 / Windows 8/Windows 10 & 11, Ubuntu 16.0, 18.04,20.04/ Mac OS/ Installation of Server 2003, Server2008, Server2012
- System Hardware installation (RAM, Hard-drive, SMPS, MAC-mini HDD, Motherboards, etc)
- Knowledge of firewalls (Cyberome, Pfsense, Fortigate).
- Installing and Managing Network printers, WiFi, Switches Routers, etc. Cabling, patching, and LAN troubleshooting. Managing a network of about 300 workstations
- E-Mail Client Configuration & Support (Microsoft Outlook, office 365, Windows live mail Thunderbird mail.)
- IT Assets Inventory Management
- Installation of LAMP/ XAMPP (PHP+Apache + Mysql) Upgradation & downgrade of versions, Knowledge of GIT and Github -Knowledge of SQL Server Installation and Its backup and Restore, IIS installation, visual studio 2017,2019 SQL Express -Installation and troubleshooting of applications, such as Microsoft Office Components, OpenOffice.org, Adobe Products, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Fine Reader.
- Provided technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, including desktop, laptop, LAN, and remote systems.
- Creating and managing VPN, Disaster management & Backups
- Manage DVR and CCTV cameras, wifi cameras and Access doors
