Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions, specifically tailored to the unique needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for attracting top talent in the competitive software development market.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on goal-setting and feedback.
- Design and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs for technical and professional skill enhancement.
- Facilitate ongoing learning initiatives to support employee career growth.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and legal requirements relevant to the industry.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge the pulse of the workforce.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring competitive and attractive packages for IT professionals.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies to meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry-specific HR challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
